Beschluss) der Lakedaimonier:Beschluss der Lakedaimonier, unter dem Ephoros Euxenos: Wir wollen anerkennen denFestfrieden des Asklepios für immer, die die Koer ankünden: Aristolochos,Leiter der Festgesandschaft, und Herakleitos und Makareus. Wir wollen den Koerngeben, was sie ersuchen: dass der Tempel des Asklepios in Kos unverletzlich sei.

(Beschluss) der Messener:Da die Koer, Freunde und Verwandte der Messener, entsandt habenden Leiter der Festgesandtschaft Aristolochos und die Festgesandten Herakleitosund Makareus und ankünden das Opfer und die Spiele,die sie für Asklepios veranstalten, und das Wohlwollen anzeigten,das sie gegenüber der Stadt der Messener haben, undbaten, dass das Heiligtum des Asklepios in Kos unverletzlichsein möge seitens der Messener und der Einwohner in Messene,wollen beschließen die Messener: dass das Heiligtum des Asklepiosunverletzlich sei seitens der Messener und der Einwohner in Messene;dass man den Festgesandten gebe fünfzehn Drachmen für jedenpro Tag und als Herdopfer ein Schwein und für die Feier des Festfriedens eine Mine. DieDamonikos S.d. Mantikrates und - -os S.d. Philokles haben verkündet,dass sie Theorodoken der Stadt der Koer sein werden.

(Beschluss) der Thelphousier:Da gekommen sind von der Stadt der Koer zur Stadt derThelphousier Aristolochos S.d. Zmendron als Leiter der Festgesandtschaft undder Festgesandte Makareus S.d. Aratos, (und) Herakleitos S.d. Timaithos, und baten,an dem Opfer teilzunehmen, das die Koer dem Asklepios opfern,und an dem Festspiel und dem Festfrieden, und dass das Heiligtum des Asklepiosin Kos unverletzlich sei, so beschloss die Stadt der Thelphousier: dass manan dem Opfer und an dem Festspiel und dem Festfrieden teilnehme, so wie esdie Koer ankünden; dass das Heiligtum des Asklepios unverletzlich sei;dass man auch Gastgeschenke für die Festgesandten gebe gemäß dem Gesetz, undTheorodoken der Stadt wähle, um die Festgesandten zu beköstigen. Zugutem Glück!, es wurde gewählt: Philon S.d. - -os.

(Beschluss) der Eleier:Da die Koer, indem sie zu (unserer) Stadt entsenden den Leiter des FestgesandtschaftAristolochos und die Festgesandten Herakleitos und Makareus, das Opferfür Asklepios ankünden und ersuchen, dass das Heiligtumunverletzlich sein müsse, so beschloss die Stadt: dass man den Festfrieden anerkenneund dass das Heiligtum des Asklepios unverletzlich sei seitens der Eleierund der Bewohner in Elis. Die - - - gemäß Volksbeschluss (?) dieStadt verwaltenden (Amtsträger) sollen geben - - - und Gastgeschenke denFestgesandten für zehn Tage, einem jeden pro Tag eine Drachme.

(Beschluss) der Aigeiraten:Da gekommen sind von der Stadt der Koer der Leiter der FestgesandtschaftAristolochos und die Festgesandten Makareus und Herakleitos und baten,den Festfrieden anzuerkennen und die Unverletzlichkeit des Heiligtumsdes Asklepios bei ihnen, so beschloss die Stadt der Aigeiraten:dass man anerkenne den Festfrieden, und dass das Heiligtum unverletzlich sei,so wie es die Koer ersuchen und wie es Gesetz ist für die Stadt und die Achaier,dass die Heiligtümer unverletzlich sind; dass man auch ein Herdopfer gebe und als Getreide(geld)den Festgesandten zehn Drachmen und als Zuschuss dem Gott zehnDrachmen. Es verkündeten, dass sie Theorodoken der Stadtder Koer sein werden, Kleon S. d. Theron, (und) Agoris S.d. Aristeidas.

Of the Lakedaimonians:Decree of the Lakedaimonians, under ephor Euxenos: we accept thesacred truce of Asklepios forever which the Koans announce, Aristolochoschief theoros and Herakleitos and Makareus. Wgrant the Koanswhat they ask, that the temple of Asklepios in Kos be inviolable.

Of the Messenians:Inasmuch as the Koans, being friends and kin of the Messenians, havesent chief theoros Aristolochos and theoroi Herakleitosand Makareus proclaiming the sacrifice and the conteststhat they hold for Asklepios, and they cite the good willthat exists on their part toward the city of the Messenians andask that the temple of Asklepios in Kos beinviolable on the part of Messenians and the residents of Messene,it is decreed by the Messenians: the temple of Asklepiosis to be inviolable on the part of Messenians and the residents of Messene;to give the theoroi fifteen drachmas eachper day and for sacrifice a pig and and as travel allowance a mina;to be theoroi-hosts for the city of the Koans Damonikosson of Mantikrates and - -os son of Philokles were proclaimed.

Of the Thelphousans:Inasmuch as from the city of the Koans to the city of theThelphousans have come Aristolochos son of Zmendron chief theoros andtheoroi Makareus son of Aratos (and) Herakleitos son of Timaithos and askedus to share in the sacrifice that the Koans are making to Asklepiosand in the contest and the sacred truce, and that the temple of Asklepiosin Kos be inviolable, it is decreed by the city of the Thelphousans: tohare in the sacrifice and the contest and the sacred truce, asthe Koans proclaim; the temple of Asklepios is to be inviolable;also to give hospitality to the theoroi as defined in the laws, andto elect for the city someone to host the theoroi. Forgood fortune, elected: Philon son of - -os.

Of the Eleans:Inasmuch as the Koans have sent to the city chief theorosAristolochos and theoroi Herakleitos and Makareus, who proclaimthe sacrifice to Asklepios and ask that his temple is tobe inviolable, it is decreed by the city: to accept the sacred truceand the temple of Asklepios is to be inviolable by the Eleansand the residents of Elis; - - - those whoadminister the city - - - and hospitality to thetheoroi for ten days, a drachma each per day.

Of the Aigeirans:As there have come from the city of the Koans chief theorosAristolochos and theoroi Makareus and Herakleitos who askto accept the sacred truce and the inviolability of their templeof Asklepios, it is decreed by the city of the Aigeirans:to accept the sacred truce and the temple being inviolableas the Koans ask, and it is the law of the city and the Achaiansthat temples are inviolable; and to give the theoroi for sacrifice and for sustenanceten drachmas and as a contribution to the god tendrachmas; and it is announced that the theoroi hosts for thecity of the Koans will be Kleon son of Theron, Agoris son of Aristeidas.
